DO NOT LET THEM STEAL AMERICA FROM THE PEOPLE

A blogging friend wrote this and I read it every day to REMEMBER . . .

To remember those who have fought before us for civil rights, women’s rights, human rights . . . they were far less in number and facing forces far stronger and more entrenched than a crumbling Democratic Party.

We are fighting for the principles of equality — counting votes equally, respecting the votes cast, standing up against racism and sexism, and treating all persons with dignity and respect.

This is our battle and like MLK, or Susan B. Anthony, or Harriet Tubman, or Sojourner Truth or Ghandi or the student in Tiannamen Sq. we simply must continue to fight for what is just regardless of how loud the clamor is for us to stop.

We have each other, and we have justice on our side — while we may not win every battle we can never lose. We must persist and insist that our voices be heard and that we have every right to be recognized.

I would like to know if this website is transitioning to www.hillarygreenmountain.org?

Please advise because there are so many sites these days that I do not know which ones are valid.

I saw a post on another blog directing people to the .org site.

Some people are trying to exploit their prior relationship to this site. This is the original, and it will remain while the others pretend what they may.

We are the original that was part of the founding of the Coalition, the founding of the Democracy Workshop, and had great impact with phoning by grassroots phoners originally formed by Carla Rossi.

We also were the bridge to support and work with many instate campaigns. Carla and Chad were sent as ambassadors from this site, the original.

They now are exploiting it for their own new pathway in the world. Many sites abound to serve goals that often are about personality rather than the goals of the coalition. This, the orignal Hillary Green Mountain was never about personality, never about the negative, and will stay dedicated to the highest goals of Democracy and keeping Hillary viable in 2008, 2012.
